A few quick answers to keep your keyboard sounding right.
Why can’t I hear anything?
Click the typing area first so your browser can enable audio. Check Zeekey’s mute and volume controls, your device output, and whether the browser tab is muted. Then select a sound pack and try again.
Where are my settings?
Preferences are saved locally in this browser. Another browser or profile has its own settings. Clearing site storage can remove saved preferences.
Can I buy or activate Pro now?
Check the pricing page for checkout availability. If you already have a license, use Activate. The five sound packs, mixer, built-in keycap styles, and session stats remain free.
Where is my license key?
Your Lemon Squeezy receipt contains your key. Use the purchase email to locate that receipt. Never post a full key publicly.
What counts toward my three activations?
Each activated browser installation or profile counts separately. The web app and extension in the same activated profile share one slot. The same computer with two activated browsers uses two slots. Use the activation page to deactivate this profile or recover a lost slot with a purchase-email code.
Will I need to activate the extension separately?
Connect the Chrome extension to the activated web app in the same browser profile to share one Pro activation slot. No separate extension purchase is required. Open Connect Pro in the extension and approve the request on the website.
Does Pro include the extension?
Yes. The ₱940 one-time Pro license includes the Chrome extension and future browser releases, including Arc, Edge, Firefox, and more, as they become available. Other browser releases remain upcoming.
